What do I need to send?
Your listing photos and the floorplan. The floorplan is required: it is how we get the layout right. Photos should be full size, at least 1024 pixels wide, with one or more of each room taken level and in good light. Or paste the link to the listing and we’ll take them from there.
How is the walkthrough made?
We plan a route through the home from your floorplan, then create each scene from your photography using AI-assisted video tools. Every scene is checked against your originals, and anything that doesn’t match is rejected and made again. ROAM human staff create the edit and give final approval before you receive your video.
Is this just an AI video generator?
No. AI tools create the movement between photos, but on their own they move doorways, redraw rooms and invent things that aren’t there. The work that makes a walkthrough accurate is done by people: planning the route from the floorplan, checking every scene against your photos, redoing what’s wrong, editing, branding and working with you on any changes.
What if my photos don’t show every space?
We only show what your photos support. If there’s no photo of a hallway, landing or staircase, we won’t invent one: the walkthrough moves between the rooms you’ve photographed instead. We’ll tell you about any gaps before we invoice, so you can send more photos or go ahead as it is. It protects you from a listing that misleads buyers. See our photo guide for the best results.
Will it show the property accurately?
Every scene is checked against the supplied photographs and floorplan. We correct identified discrepancies before delivery, and any scene that changes a property's features is cut or remade, not excused. Generated movement can still introduce small visual differences, so each video should be reviewed before publication. Tell us about anything that doesn't match and we'll put it right.
What quality is the video?
Every walkthrough is delivered in HD (720p), which is perfect for websites, property portals and social media. If you want it for branch window screens or other large displays, add the FHD upgrade when you order. FHD needs high-resolution photos, 1920 pixels wide or more.
Is my agency’s branding included?
Yes. Your logo and colours on the opening and closing frames are included in every package at no extra cost.
Can I put it on Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket?
Yes. Upload the landscape file to YouTube or Vimeo and add the link to your listing's video tour section, either in the portal or through your CRM's feed. You also get a vertical version for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
What if I want changes?
One round of revisions is included with every package. Send us one list of corrections within 5 working days of delivery, covering accuracy, room labels and branding. Anything that doesn’t match your photos is always corrected free. A new route, extra rooms or new photos is a paid change.
What is the first-video guarantee?
If we can’t make a walkthrough you’d publish on your first order, you don’t pay. Tell us within 5 working days of delivery, before you’ve published or shared the video, and we’ll refund the order in full. See our Terms.
Should buyers be told how it was made?
We recommend captioning the video "Walkthrough created from listing photography", and we can add that caption for you. It keeps your marketing clear and in line with consumer protection rules.
How do I pay, and how is the video delivered?
There’s no account to create. Send your order with the photos, we check them and email you an invoice to pay by card. Your walkthrough arrives by email as a download link, active for 30 days, ready to upload to your website, YouTube or social channels.
Can I order a walkthrough for my own home?
Yes. Home sellers and landlords can order directly, at the same prices. Use the photos and floorplan from your listing, but check with your agent first, as listing photos usually belong to the agent or their photographer. If your agent gave you a ROAM code, enter it when you order.
Do you cover commercial property?
