Nothing is charged until we’ve checked your photos. Delivery is within 48 hours of payment (Monday to Friday), or sooner with Express.
PRICING QUESTIONS.
What if I have more photos than my package allows?
Choose the next package up, or pick the photos that best show the journey through the home. We'll advise if a key room is missing. Or get in touch and we’ll quote for your property.
What if my photos don’t show every space?
We can only create from what you send. Spaces that aren’t photographed, like hallways or stairs, aren’t invented. We move between the rooms you’ve sent instead, and tell you about any gaps before invoicing. A walkthrough limited by the photos supplied isn’t a reason for a refund (Terms 7.5). Our photo guide explains what to send.
When do I pay?
Nothing is charged when you order. Once we’ve checked your photos we email an invoice you can pay by card, and we start work as soon as it’s paid. If you’re ordering for your own home, you can cancel within 14 days; once we’ve started you pay only for work done, and once your video is delivered the order is complete (see our Terms). Branch packs are invoiced monthly.
Can I order a walkthrough for my own home?
Yes. If you’re selling or letting your home, you can order your own walkthrough using the photos and floorplan from your listing, at the same prices. Listing photos usually belong to your agent or their photographer, so check with your agent first: most are happy for you to use them. If your agent has given you a ROAM discount code, enter it when you order. Then share the video on social media, send it to buyers, and ask your agent to add it to your listing.
I’m an agent. Can my sellers order it themselves?
Yes, and many agents prefer it. Ask us for a discount code to give your sellers: they order and pay for their own walkthrough, you get a video for the listing at no cost to the agency. Or include a walkthrough in your marketing package and order it yourself. Get in touch for a code.
Do I need the FHD upgrade?
Most agents don’t. Our videos are 720p HD as standard, which is perfect for websites, property portals and social media. Choose FHD if the video will play on a branch window screen or another large display. It needs high-resolution photos, 1920 pixels wide or more.
What does one round of revisions cover?
One list of corrections, sent within 5 working days of delivery, covering accuracy, room labels and branding. Anything that doesn’t match your photos is always corrected free. A new route, extra rooms or new photos is a paid change, and further rounds are £5 each.
What is the first-video guarantee?
If we can’t make a walkthrough you’d publish on your first order, you don’t pay. Tell us within 5 working days of delivery, before you’ve published or shared the video, and we’ll refund the order in full (Terms 9.7).
Do you do commercial property?
Yes. Offices, venues and other commercial buildings are priced on request, because they vary so much. Get in touch for a quote.
Who owns the finished video?
You can use it for marketing that property on any channel, for as long as you need.
