We can only create from what you send. Two or three angles of each room, plus the hallways, landings and stairs that join them, give the most complete journey. We need an accurate, labelled floorplan to follow the real layout, and photos at least 1024 pixels wide.

No hallway or stairs photos? That’s fine. We’ll move between the rooms you’ve sent instead, because we never invent spaces we can’t see. Adding them gives a more complete walk-through.

Nothing to pay now. We'll check your photos within one working day and email your invoice. Your order is confirmed when you pay, and we start work straight away. If you're ordering for your own home, you can cancel within 14 days of paying: you'll get a full refund if we haven't started, or pay only for the work done if we have. Once your video is delivered it can no longer be cancelled, but your rights if something is wrong with it aren't affected (Terms 5 and 9).

I agree to the Terms of Service and I've read the Privacy Policy. The photos and floorplan accurately show the property, and I own them or have permission to use them. If my agent or a photographer took them, I've checked with them first. I'll review the finished walkthrough before sharing it. I understand the walkthrough can only show what's in my photos. Spaces I haven't photographed, such as hallways or stairs, won't be shown, and that isn't a reason for a refund (Terms 7.5). Please start work as soon as I pay. I understand that if I cancel after work has started I'll pay for the work done, and once my video is delivered I can no longer cancel. ROAM may show this finished walkthrough as an example of its work, without the property address (optional). Send me occasional news and offers from ROAM by email (optional, unsubscribe any time).
